A: No.  We don’t accept money orders under any circumstances.

Q: Will you ship your products to Singapore?
A: No.  Not Thailand, Indonesia, or Nigeria either.  A good rule of thumb is: if you live in a country whose name rhymes with “America” then we will ship to you.  If not, we can’t and won’t ship it to you.

Q: I want to buy two dozen Shimano Dura-Ace groupsets.  How soon can you ship them?
A: Although the thought of a single order for $65,000 is appealing during those rainy winter months, we are a small bike shop outside of Seattle and not a large warehouse full of glittery parts for you to steal from us.

Q: Here are 12 credit card numbers sent through an unsecured Contact Us form, please process my order with the first one that works.
A: Hmmm, let me think… no.

A: Yep, probably 25% of the e-mails we receive are from scammers.  Hopefully the 75% of you that are legitimate customers find some humor in this.
