Although it was founded in the USA in the 60′s, for the past 30 years Scott has been based in Switzerland. The Addict has set the standard for a number of years now as the lightest frameset on the Pro Tour, and Scott’s engineering efforts continually push the boundaries of weight and stiffness. 

Through their partnership with Pro Tour team Team High Road/HTC, which from 2006-2010 rode Scott road and TT bikes,the company developed a wealth of information on the design and construction of their top bikes with direct feedback and testing with team riders. Step onto a Scott bike and you will see the same lightning-quick response that drove High Road/HTC to the top of the Pro Tour standings.
